This is the first Atriam article on AI (artificial intelligence). The AI landscape is evolving rapidly. Despite significant advancements in the AI space, there is many still not grasping the basics of and benefits that AI presents. The Atriam (my AI company) is endeavouring to educate the less informed.
The three most popular AI (artificial intelligence) chatbots on the market today are:
– ChatGPT (owned by OpenAI);
Gemini (owned by Google, and previously known as Google Bart) and
Copilot (owned by Microsoft, previously called Bing Chat)
These chatbots are powered by LLMs (large language models). A LLM is machine learning models that can comprehend and generate human language text. Thus, these are machine language models that can engage and interact with languages and text, in some respects better than humans.
These three companies are in competition for dominance in the AI chatbots space with their respective products. Each has their strengths and weaknesses. Depending upon which features you prefer most, will indicate which one will suit you best. ChatGPT for now is leading the popularity pack in the AI space.
All of these three tech giants have a free product (ChatGPT, Gemini Pro and Copilot) and a paid for product (ChatGPT+, Gemini Advance and CoPilot+)
